The product is good; however, our experience with sales representative Renee Pei was disappointing. As this was our first time importing into Mexico, we considered her a trusted advisor. Unfortunately, she betrayed that trust by providing a port logistics invoice that was 50% higher than quoted. We were left to cover this unexpected expense to receive our product, and Renee not only took no responsibility but also became defensive when I raised my concerns. Our import broker informed us that the port logistics bill was excessively inflated-something they had never encountered before. It seemed that Renee had grown tired of the lengthy process of this order and, as a result, didn't care in the end. Additionally, we received damaged boxes, despite paying extra for customization, and she again took no responsibility for this issue. There were other concerns along the way including 3 bills of lading rather than one that I won't detail here, but we won’t be working with Renee again.
